PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang, 1) penggaruh iklim organisasi dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap etos kerja, (3) pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan (4) pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Akar Daya Mandiri Cabang Seririt. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV Akar Daya Mandiri Cabang Seririt dan objeknya adalah iklim organisasi, etos kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 34 karyawan yang semuanya dijadikan unit pengamatan, sehingga penelitian ini termasuk penelitian populasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner, dan wawancara, serta dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada pengaruh positif dari (1) iklim organisasi dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 71,20%, (2) iklim organisasi terhadap etos kerja sebesar 74,80%, (3) iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 57,20% dan (4) etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 38,10% pada CV Akar Daya Mandiri Cabang Seririt.

This study aims at obtaining the tested explanative finding about, 1) the effect of organizational climate and work ethic on employee performance, (2) the effect of organizational climate toward work ethic, (3) the effect of organizational climate toward employee performance and, (4) the effect of work ethic toward the employee performance at CV Akar Daya Mandiri, Seririt. The subject of this study is all of the employees at CV Akar Daya Mandiri, Seririt and the objects of this study are organizational climate, work ethic, and the employee performance. The population of this research are 34 employees in which those are used as a unit of observation thus, this study becomes population research. Data were collected by using questionnaire technique and interview. Those data then were analyzed by using path analysis. The results of the study showed that there is a positive effect of (1) organizational climate and work ethic toward the employee performance in the amount of 81,50%, (2) organizational climate toward work ethic in the amount of 72,80%, (3) organizational climate toward employee performance in the amount of 52,00%, and (4) work ethic toward employee performance in the amount of 44,50% at CV Akar Daya Mandiri, Seririt.
