ANALISIS MENURUNNYA KINERJA PROGRAM KREATIVITAS MAHASISWA (PKM) HIBAH DI JURUSAN MANAJEMEN UNDIKSHA (Sebuah Kajian Dari Perspektif Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan deskriptif mengenai (1) penyebab penurunan kinerja Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) Hibah, (2) dampak yang ditimbulkan, dan (3) solusi untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penyebab menurunnya kinerja PKM Hibah adalah, motivasi rendah, kualitas tulisan menurun, kurang mendapat informasi, kualitas bimbingan kurang maksimal, dosen belum mendapat penghargaan yang jelas, belum adanya kebijakan pengajuan proposal, belum terjalin komunikasi yang efektif antara HMJ dengan UKM P-KIM, (2) dampak yang ditimbulkan: kualitas menulis mahasiswa menurun, kreativitas tidak tergali, indikator akreditasi berkurang, daya saing akademik menurun, dan (3) solusi yang dapat dilakukan yaitu meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa, melakukan pelatihan menulis, memaksimalkan penyebaran informasi di setiap media sosial, melakukan bimbingan dengan lebih dari satu dosen, memberikan penghargaan yang sesuai kepada pembimbing, membuat mekanisme pengajuan proposal sama dengan skripsi, menjalin komunikasi yang efektif

This research aimed to obtain descriptive finding about (1) causes a decrease in University Student Creativity Program (PKM) Grant, (2) the effects of declining performance of the PKM Grant, and (3) the solution to overcome the problems. The design of this research was descriptive qualitative. The results indicated that (1) the cause of decrease in the performance were less motivation, the decrease of writing quality, less information, the quality of the consultation, the lecturers have not received any certain achievement yet, there was no proposals submission policy, no effective communication between the HMJ with UKM P-KIM (2) the effects of the decrease of PKM Grant are the decreased of students writing quality, less creativity, the decreased of accreditation indicator, the decreased of the academic competition, and (3) the solution are increasing students’ motivation, conducting practice writing for students’, maximizing information avalaible in every social media, providing consultation with more than one lecture, providing an explicit rule about the achievement of the adviser, providing a mechanism of the proposals submission same with the thesis, built, making communication effectively.
