PENGARUH KOMPETENSI INTERPERSONAL,MOTIVASI KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan explanative yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) kompetensi interpersonal, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) kompetensi interpersonal terhadap motivasi kerja (3) kompetensi interpersonal dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (5) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bulelengdan objeknya adalah kompetensi interpersonal, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 40 karyawan yang semuanya dijadikan unit pengamatan, sehingga penelitian ini termasuk penelitian populasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner, wawancara, dan pencatatan dokumen serta dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif dari (1) kompetensi interpersonal, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) kompetensi interpersonal terhadap motivasi kerja (3) kompetensi interpersonal dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (5) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Buleleng.

This study aimed to obtain findings explanative tested on the effect (1) interpersonal competence, motivation and discipline on the performance of employees, (2) interpersonal competence on work motivation (3) interpersonal competence and discipline on the performance of employees, (4) motivation work on the performance of employees, (5) Discipline working on employee performance. The research design used in this study is a quantitative research design causal. Subjects in this study were all employees in Buleleng District Department of Transportation and its object is interpersonal competence, motivation, work discipline and performance of employees. The population of this research are 40 employees of which were used as the unit of observation, therefore this research including the study population. Data were collected by using questionnaires, interviews, and recording of documents and analyzed by path analysis. The results showed no positive effects of (1) interpersonal competence, motivation and discipline on the performance of employees, (2) interpersonal competence on work motivation (3) interpersonal competence and discipline on the performance of employees, (4) work motivation on employee performance , (5) Discipline working on the performance of employees at the Department of Transportation Buleleng
