PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAN PROPERTY, REAL ESTATE AND BUILDING CONSTRUCTION YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) profitabilitas terhadap ukuran perusahaan, (3) profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan (4) ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan (studi kasus pada perusahaan property, real estate and building construction yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia). Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif kausal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Property, Real Estate and Building Construction yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dan objeknya adalah profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan dan nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 54 perusahaan. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data yang diperoleh secara tidak langsung, artinya data-data tersebut berupa data yang telah diolah dan disajikan oleh pihak lain kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif dari (1) profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) profitabilitas terhadap ukuran perusahaan, (3) profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan (4) ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan property, real estate and building construction yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia.

This study aimed to obtain eksplanitive findings on the effect of (1) profitability and firm size to the firm value, (2) the profitability of the firm size, (3) the profitability of the firm value, and (4) the firm size to the firm value (the case study on company property, real estate and building construction listed on the Indonesia stock exchange). This study was designed using quantitative design causal. Subjects in this study is the company Property, Real Estate and Building Construction listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and its object is Profitability, Firm Size and Firm Value. The population of this study were 54 companies. The data collected of this study is data obtained indirectly, it’s mean the data in this form has been processed and presented by the other person and then analyzed using analysis path. The results of this studied has positive effect of (1) profitability and firm size to the firm value, (2) the profitability of the firm size, (3) the profitability of the firm value, and (4) the firm size to the firm value (the case study on company property, real estate and building construction listed on the Indonesia stock exchange).
