Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses morfologi dialek Bahasa Bali di Kedisan yang meliputi afiksasi, kata majemuk, pengulangan kata, pemotongan kata, dan kata pinjaman. Penelitian ini didesain dalam bentuk penelitian deskripsi. Penelitian ini mengunakan tiga ranah dalam mengumpulkan data yang meliputi ranah keluarga, ranah tetangga, dan ranah pertemanan. Data didapatkan dengan menggunakan empat tehnik yang meliputi observasi, interview, rekaman, dan elisitasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat enam proses morfologi dalam dialect Bahasa Bali yang diucapkan oleh penduduk di Kedisan Kelod. Morfologi proses meliputi afixasi, kata majemuk, pengulangan kata, pemotongan kata, dan kata pinjaman. Penelitian ini menemukan tiga proses afiksasi meliputi awalan, akhiran, awalan – akhiran. Affiksasi ini mengalami dua proses yakni proses derivasi dan proses infleksi. Terdapat 3 awalan derivasi me-}, {a-}, dan {ng-}, dua akhiran derivasi {-ang} dan{-in}, dan awalan – akhiran derivasi {pe-an}. Disamping itu juga, terdapat empat awalan infleksi {me-}, {ke-}, {N-}, dan{ng-}, empat akhiran infleksi {-ne}, {-e}, {-ang}, dan {-an}, dan satu awalan – akhiran infleksi {ke-an}. Penelitian ini juga menemukan dua jenis pengulangan kata yaitu pengulangan kata persis dan pengulangan kata ablaunt. Disamping itu, ditemukan juga kata majemuk, pemotongan kata, dan kata pinjaman.

This study aimed at analyzing a morphological process on Balinese dialect of Kedisan which covered affixation, compounding, reduplication, clipping, and borrowing. The subjects of this study was Kedisan villagers especially in Banjar Kedisan Kelod. This study is a descriptive qualitative research. In this case, three domains are used in collecting the data which covered family domain, neighbor domain, and friendship domain. The obtained data were collected based on four techniques, namely observation, interviewing, recording, and elicitation. The results of this study show that there were five kinds of morphological process on Balinese Dialect of Kedisan. The morphological processes are affixation, compounding, reduplication, clipping, and borrowing. There were three kinds of affixation found in Balinese dialect of Kedisan. Those are prefixes, suffixes, and circumfixes. These affixes have two roles called derivational affixes and inflectional affixes. There were three derivational prefixes {me-}, {a-}, and {ng-}, two derivational suffix {-ang} and{-in}, and one derivational circumfix {pe-an}. In addition, there were four inflectional prefixes {me-}, {ke-}, {N-}, and {ng-}, four inflectional suffixes {-ne}, {-e}, {-ang}, and {-an}, and one inflectional circumfix {ke-an}. Reduplication includes exact reduplication and ablaut reduplication. There are some words found as compound word, clipping, and borrowing.
