This study analyzed the morphophonemic change of English words into Indonesian words which were used in Info Komputer magazines. The magazines which were used were special editions. The magazines were published around the years 2014 until 2017. This study was content analysis since the data were obtained from magazines. This study used Interactive Data Analysis model of Miles and Huberman (1994). There were three steps for this study such as (1) reading, marking, and listing the borrowed words, (2) transcribing the borrowed words, putting the words into tables and analyzing the morphophonemic change based on the theory of Nida (1949), and (3) drawing the conclusion of the study. The result of the study showed that there were five types of morphophonemic change such as five processes of assimilation, ten processes of loss of consonant phonemes, three processes of loss of vowel phonemes, one process of palatalization, and one process of nasalization.
