Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Kimia Berbasis Siklus Belajar Catur Pramana

Abstract

Model pembelajaran seharusnya sesuai dengan karakteristik materi, tingkat perkem-bangan siswa, dan daya dukung sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini telah dikembangkan tiga model pembelajaran Kimia berbasis Siklus Belajar Catur Pramana.  Konsep-konsep Kimia yang bersifat deklaratif dengan bukti empiris strategis diajarkan dengan model SAPU (Sabda-Anumana-Pratyaksa-Upamana) dan SUAP (Sabda-Upamana-Anumana-Pratyaksa), sedangkan konsep yang berbasis eksperimen strategis diajarkan dengan model PAUS (Pratyaksa-Anumana-Upamana-Sabda). Uji coba model-model pembelajaran tersebut menyebabkan aktivitas, hasil belajar, dan sikap ilmiah siswa tergolong tinggi.
