PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPA SISWA KELAS VIII SEMESTER GENAP TAHUN PELAJARAN 2013/2014 DI SMP NEGERI 4 SINGARAJA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengidentifikasi desain multimedia pembelajaran interaktif IPA, (2) menguji kualitas hasil pengembangan multimedia interaktif, dan (3) mengetahui efektivitas hasil pengembangan multimedia interaktif terhadap prestasi belajar IPA siswa Kelas VIII Semester Genap Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014 di SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model Hannafin and Peck yang melalui tiga fase utama (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) desain, dan (3) pengembangan dan implementasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan siswa kelas VIII A-1, A-2 dan B-1 SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode (1) pencatatan dokumen, (2) kuesioner dan (3) tes. Data yang didapatkan dari metode pencatatan dokumen, dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Data dari metode kuesioner, dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sedangkan data yang didapat dari metode tes dianalisis secara statistik inferensial. Hasil review ahli isi sebesar 90,7% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil review ahli desain pembelajaran sebesar 89% dengan kualifikasi baik. Hasil review ahli media pembelajaran sebesar 91,2% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil uji perorangan sebesar 90,2 % dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil uji kelompok kecil sebesar 91,39% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil uji lapangan sebesar 90,1% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. Penghitungan hasil belajar secara manual diperoleh hasil t hitung sebesar 10,33. Harga t tabel taraf signifikansi 5% adalah 2,000. Jadi harga t hitung lebih besar daripada harga t tabel, H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif. Nilai rata-rata setelah menggunakan media (79,67) lebih tinggi dibandingkan sebelum menggunakan media (68)

This study aimed to (1) identified interactive learning multimedia design of Nature Science of Education, (2) examine the quality of interactive learning multimedia design development, and (3) find out the effectiveness of result of interactive learning multimedia design toward eight grade students of Nature Science Education achievement in the academic year of 2013/2014 in SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja. This research development used Hannafin and Peck model that used three main phrases; (1) need analysis, (2) design, and (3) development and implementation. Subjects of this study were A-1, A-2, and B-1 eight grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja. The data collection of this study was conducted by using methods of (1) document note taking, (2) questionnaire, (3) test. Gained data of note taking method was analyzed by using descriptive quantitative. Gained data of questionnaire was analyzed by using descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. Meanwhile, gained data of test method was analyzed statistically inferential. The results from the expert judgment of content were about 90.7% with great qualification. The results from the expert judgment of learning design were about 89% with good qualification. The results from the expert judgment of learning media were about 91.2% with great qualification. The results from individual test were about 90.2% with great qualification. The results from the small group were about 91.39% with great qualification. The results from the field test were about 90.1% with great qualification. Manual count of the result of study in t-test gained about 10.33. The price of t-table in 5% significant standard was about 2.000. So that, the price of t-test is bigger than the price of t-table, H0 was ignored and H1 was accepted. In conclusion, there was significant difference between previous learning result of Nature Science of Education and after using interactive learning multimedia. Average result after using interactive learning multimedia (79.67) was bigger than before using the media (68).
