PENERAPAN METODE BERCERITA BERBANTUAN MEDIA CERITA KAIN CELEMEK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BAHASA LISAN PADA ANAK TK NEGERI PEMBINA SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan bahasa lisan setelah diterapkan metode bercerita berbantuan media cerita kain celemek pada anak kelompok B2 semester II di TK Negeri Pembina Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 15 orang anak kelompk B2 semester II di TK Negeri Pembina Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Data penelitian tentang kemampuan bahasa lisan dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi dengan instrumennn berupa lembar format observasi. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif.Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan bahasa lisan dengan penerapan metode bercerita berbantuan media cerita kain celemek pada siklus I sebesar 71,3% yang berada pada kategori sedang ternyata mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 85,3% yang tergolong pada kategori tinggi. Jadi, terjadi peningkatan kemampuan bahasa lisan sebesar 14% pada anak kelompok B2 TK Negeri Pembina Singaraja.Kata Kunci : metode bercerita, media cerita kain celemek, kemampuan bahasa lisan
This research aimed to know the improvement of oral language skill after applying story telling method assisted by story cloth apron to the children at B2 group in Taman Kanak-kanak/TK (Kidergarten) Negeri Pembina Singaraja. This research classroom action research which is consists of two cycles. The subject in this research is 15 childrens at B2 group in TK Negeri Pembina Singaraja academic year 2013/2014. The data about oral language skill is collected by observation method by utilizing instrument in the form of observation format sheet. The data colleted will analyzed by using descriptive statistical analysis method and quantitative statistical analysis method. The results of data analysis showed that there are increasing skill in oral language of children at B2 TK Pembina Singaraja after applying story telling method assisted by story cloth apron at the first cycle of 71.3 % in average category and the second cycle was increased to 85.3 % in high category. So there is 14% of incresing of oral languange skill at the children of B2 group TK Negeri Pembina Singaraja academic year 2013/2014.
