IMPLEMENTASI METODE PEMBELAJARAN BERMAIN PERAN (ROLE PLAYING) BERBANTUAN MEDIA SEDERHANA MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERBAHASA ANAK

Abstract


Permasalahan yang dialami oleh anak di TK Varistha Kids Banyuning yaitu kemampuan berbahasaanak masih rendah, guru lebih cenderung mendominasi saat melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak dengan menerapkan metode bermain peran (role playing) berbantuan media sederhanapada anak kelompok B Semester II di TK Varistha Kids Banyuning.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah anak TK Kelompok B Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 24 anak. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa anak dengan melalui metode bermain peran (role playing) berbantuan media sederhana pada siklus I sebesar 67% yang berada pada kategori rendah dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 82% yang tergolong pada kategori tinggi. Jadi, terjadi peningkatan hasil kegiatan belajar dalam kemampuan berbahasa pada anak sebesar 15 %.

The problem which was faced by the children of kindergarten Varistha Kids Banyuningwas the proficiency development of children in which it was low. The teachers were more likely to dominate the class when the learning activities. As the result, this study aimed to improve children's proficiency development by applying the method of granting duty that supported by simple media for the children of B group in second semester of kindergarten Varistha Kids Banyuning. The subjects of the study were B group of 24 children in kindergarten Varistha Kids Banyuning in academic year 2014/2015. The research data were collected by using observation method in the form of sheet format. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistical analysis of quantitative methods. The data analysis showed that the proficiency development of children through the provision ofrole playing that supported by simple media in cycle 1 was 67% which was at the low category and it had increased in cycle 11 in order the data was 82% that was classified in the high category. These findings clearly discovered that the result of learning activities in the profiency development of children was 15%.
