Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan, Pengalaman Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan FINNS Beach Club

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) tingkat pendidikan terhadap pengalaman kerja, (3) tingkat pendidikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (5) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan FINNS Beach Club. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan FINNS Beach Club, dan objek penelitian adalah tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi dengan jumlah 30 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif dari (1) tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) tingkat pendidikan terhadap pengalaman kerja, (3) tingkat pendidikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (5) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan FINNS Beach Club.

This present study aims to (1) the level of education, working experience and work dicipline on the performance of employees, (2) the level of education on the working experience, (3) the level of education on the performance of employees, (4) the working experience on the performance of employees, and (5) the work discipline on the performance of employees of FINNS Beach Club. The study was designed to be a casual quantitative study. The subject of the study included all the employees of FINNS Beach Club, and the object of the study included the level of education, working experience, work dicipline and performance employees. This present study can be classified with a total 30 employeed. The data were collected using questionnaire and interview, and then the data were analysed using path analysis. The result of the study showed that (1) the level of education, working experience and work dicipline on the performance of employees, (2) the level of education on the working experience, (3) the level of education on the performance of employees, (4) the working experience on the performance of employees, and (5) the work discipline on the performance of employees of FINNS Beach Club.
