PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh (1) disiplin kerja dan kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) kompensasi finansial terhadap disiplin kerja, (3) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Bali Taman Resort & Spa. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Hotel Bali Taman Resort & Spa, dan objek penelitian adalah disiplin kerja, kompensasi finansial, dan kinerja karyawan. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan wawancara kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dari (1) disiplin kerja dan kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) kompensasi finansial terhadap disiplin kerja, (3) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Bali Taman Resort & Spa.

The purpose of this research to get effect (1) work discipline and financial compensation on employees performance, (2) financial compensation on work discipline, (3) work discipline on performance employees, and (4) financial compensation on employees performance at Hotel Bali Taman Resort & Spa. The research design used was quantitative causal. The subject of this research is Hotel Bali Taman Resort & Spa employees, and the object of this research were work discipline, financial compensation and employees performance. Data were collected using questionnaire and interviews. Analyzed with path analysis. The results of this research showed a positive effect of (1) work discipline and financial compensation on employees performance, (2) financial compensation on work discipline, (3) work discipline on employees performance and (4) financial compensation on employees performance at Hotel Bali Taman Resort & Spa.
