PENGARUH BUDAYA KERJA, KOMPETENSI EMOSIONAL, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI KANTOR SAMSAT UPT DINAS PNDAPATAN PROVINSI BALI KABUPATEN BULELENG

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan ekplanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) budaya kerja, kompetensi emosional, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) budaya kerja terhdap kinerja pegawai, (3) kompetensi emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai, (4) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (5) budaya kerja terhadap kompetensi emosional, (6) pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap motivasi kerja, dan (7) pengaruh kompetensi emosional terhadap motivasi kerja di UPT Dinas Pendapatan Provinsi Bali Kabupaten Buleleng. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai UPT Dinas Pendapatan dan objeknya adalah budaya kerja, kompetensi emosional, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 40 pegawai yang semuanya dijadikan unit pengamatan, sehingga penelitian ini termasuk penelitian populasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner, wawancara, dan pencatatan dokumen dan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif dari (1) budaya kerja, kompetensi emosional, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) budaya kerja tehadap kinerja pegawai, (3) kompetensi emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai, (4) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (5) budaya kerja terhadap motivasi kerja, (6) budaya kerja terhadap kompetensi emosional, dan (7) kompetensi emosional terhdap motivasi kerja di UPT Dinas Provinsi Bali Kabupaten Buleleng.
Kata Kunci : budaya kerja, kompetensi emosional, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja pegawai.

This study aimed to obtain an explanatory findings were tested on the effect of (1) the culture of work, emotional competency and working motivation on the performance of employees, (2) the culture of work on the employee performance, (3) emotional competency on employee performance, (4) working motivation on the employee performance, (5) the culture of work on emotional competency, (6) the culture of work on working motivation ,(7) emotional competency on the working motivation at UPT Dinas Pendapatan Provinsi Bali Kabupaten Buleleng. The research used a causal quantitative. The subjects research was all employees in Samsat UPT Dinas Pendapatan Provinsi Bali Kabupaten Buleleng and object of this research was the culture of work, emotional competency, working motivation, and employee performance. The population of this research amount to 40 employees that are all used the unit of observation, so this research includes research population. The data were collected using (1) questionnaire, and (2) documentation recording. The data were analyzed using path analysis. The data were collected in this research a questionnaire and recording documents techniques then was analyzed using path analysis. The results of research showed there were a positive effect of(1) the culture of work, emotional competency and working motivation on the performance of employees, (2) the culture of work on the employee performance,(3) emotional competency on employee performance, (4) working motivation on the employee performance, (5) the culture of work on emotional competency , (6) the culture of work on working motivation, (7) emotional competency on the working motivation at UPT Dinas Pendapatan Provinsi Bali Kabupaten Buleleng.
