PENGARUH PENGALAMAN KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan baik secara bersama-sama maupun parsial terhadap kinerja yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) pengalaman kerja, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) pengalaman kerja terhadap disiplin kerja, (3) disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, (4) pengalaman kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, (5) pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (6) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (7) kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Arta Sedana Singaraja. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Arta Sedana Singaraja, dan objek penelitian adalah pengalaman kerja, disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi dengan jumlah 53 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengalaman kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (4) pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (5) pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (6) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (7) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Arta Sedana Singaraja.

ABSTRACT This research aims to obtain the findings whether together and partial on performance refined of the influence of (1) job experience, job discipline, and job satisfaction on the employee performance, (2) job experience on the job discipline, (3) job discipline on the job satisfaction, (4) job experience on the job satisfaction, (5) work experience on the employee performance, (6) job discipline on the employee performance, (7) job satisfacation on the employe performance at PT Arta Sedana Singaraja. This research design used in this studed is quantitative causal. Subjects in this studed are all employes PT Arta Sedana Singaraja, and the object of research is experience job, job discipline, job satisfaction and employee performance. This research is a population research with a total of 53 employes data were collected by using questionnaire technique, then analyzed by path analysis. This research result indicates that (1) work experiences, discipline work, and satisfaction work and significant have had a positive impact on the performance of employees, (2) work experiences have had a positive impact and significant to discipline work, (3) discipline work have had a positive impact and significant to satisfaction work, (4) work experiences have had a positive impact and significant to satisfaction work, (5) work experience on the performance of employees, (6) discipline work and significant have had a positive impact on the performance of employees, (7) satisfaction work and significant have had a positive impact on the performance of employees at PT Arta Sedana Singaraja.
