ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN KARYAWAN PADA INDUSTRI PARIWISATA DI DESA GOBLEG KECAMATAN BANJAR KABUPATEN BULELENG

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan deskriptif mengenai (1) deskripsi dan Spesifikasi kerja, (2) total beban kerja dan, (3) perencanaan kebutuhan karyawan pada industri pariwisata Desa Gobleg. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain deskriptif. Subyek pada penelitian ini adalah hotel, restoran, biro perjalanan dan karyawan serta objeknya adalah perencanaan kebutuhan karyawan. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik pencatatan dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) deskripsi dan spesifikasi kerja pada hotel, restoran, dan biro perjalanan; (2) Beban kerja total karyawan; dan (3) jumlah kebutuhan riil karyawan dan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan pada industri pariwisata Desa Gobleg.

This research aims to obtain descriptive findings regarding (1) the descriptions and specifications of work, (2) total workload and, (3) planning needs of employees in the tourism industry Gobleg Village. Design research design used was descriptive. The subjects in this study were hotels, restaurants, travel agencies and employees as well as its object is the planning needs of employees. Data collected by recording engineering documentation, observation and interviews, then analyzed with descriptive analysis. The findings of the research results indicate (1) the description and specification work in hotels, restaurants and travel agencies; (2) the total workload of employees; and (3) the amount of the real needs of employees and the necessary competence on tourism industry Gobleg Village.
