ANALISIS STRES KERJA KARYAWAN PADA UNIT PENJUALAN DI CV SARI BHUANA CASH AND CREDIT CABANG SINGARAJA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan deskriptif mengenai 1) penyebab terjadinya stres kerja, 2) dampak yang ditimbulkan dari stres kerja, dan 3) upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi stres kerja di CV Sari Bhuana cash and credit. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data secara observasi, pencatatan dokumen dan wawancara. Subyek pada penelitian ini adalah CV Sari Bhuana Cash And Credit serta objeknya stres kerja karyawan penjualan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) penyebab terjadinya stres kerja disebabkan kondisi kerja, konflik peran, tuntutan keluarga, target perusahaan dan karyawan tidak serius dalam bekerja menjadi penyebab stres. 2) dampak yang ditimbulkan yaitu mudah marah, sering terlambat bekerja, kesulitan memenuhi target, menurunkan tunjangan dari komisaris, pelanggan beralih ke perusahaan lain, 3) upaya untuk mengatasi stres kerja yaitu memperbaiki lingkungan kerja dan menambah fasilitas, memberikan pengarahan bagi karyawan, mengevaluasi target perusahaan yang akan direncanakan, dan memberikan penjelasan terhadap keluarga tentang pekerjaan yang dilakukan.

This research aims to obtain descriptive findings about 1) causes the occurrence of work stress, 2) impact caused from work stress, and 3) the efforts made to overcome work stress in CV Sari Bhuana cash and credit. Design research is qualitative research. Data collection method in observation, recording documents and interviews. Data were analyzed with descriptive analysis techniques with qualitative approaches. The results showed that 1) causes the occurrence of work stress caused by working conditions, role conflict, family demands, target companies and their employees are not serious in working to cause stress. 2) impact caused from the occurrence of work stress irritability, frequent late works, the difficulty of fulfilling the targets, lowering the allowances from the Commissioner and customers switching to other companies, 3) attempts to cope with the stress of work i.e. fixing work environment and increase facilities, provide direction to employees, evaluating the company target will be planned, and give an explanation to family about the work being done
