PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN KOMUNIKASI INTERNAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA BUNGA PERTIWI BAKERY

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh (a) secara silmultan kompensasi dan komunikasai internal terhadap kinerja karyawan. (b) secara parsial kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. (c) secara pasrsial komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bunga Pertiwi Bakery. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal.Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Bunga Pertiwi Bakery. Obyek penelitian yaitu kompensasi, komunikasi internal, dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang karyawan.Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuisioner, pencatatan dokumen, wawancara kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, (a) Secara simultan kompensasi dan komunikasai internal terhadap kinerja karyawan padaBunga Pertiwi Bakery, (b) Secara parsialkompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan padapadaBunga Pertiwi Bakery. (c) Secara parsial komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bunga Pertiwi Bakery.

This research aimed to obtain an explanatory findings were tested on the effect of (a) simultaneous compensation and internal communication on employee performance. (b) partial effect compensation on employee performance. (c) pasrsial internal communication on employee performance at Bunga Pertiwi Bakery. The research design used in this study was causal quantitative. The subject of this research is all employees in the bunga Pertiwi Bakery. The object of this research focuses on compensation, employee performance, internal communication. The population used in this study amounted to 35 employees. The Data were collected by questionnaire then analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The results of the research showed that, (a) There is a simultaneous effect of compensation and internal communication on employee performance at Bunga Pertiwi Bakery, (b) There is partial effect of compensation on employee performance at Bunga Pertiwi Bakery. (c) There is partial influence internal communication on employee performance at Bunga Pertiwi Bakery
