PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN KOMUNIKASI INTERNAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) kompetensi dan komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja, (2) kompetensi terhadap kinerja, (3) komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) kompetensi terhadap komunikasi internal karyawan PT Dexa Medica Sales Office Denpasar. Desain penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian karyawan unit kerja medical representatif pada PT Dexa Medica Sales Office Denpasar. Objek penelitian ini adalah kompetensi, komunikasi internal, dan kinerja karyawan unit kerja medical representatif PT Dexa Medica Sales Office Denpasar. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, pencatatan dokumen, dan wawancara; serta dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Ada pengaruh kompetensi dan komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Dexa Medica Sales Office Denpasar. (2) Ada penegaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Dexa Medica Sales Office Denpasar. (3) Ada pengaruh komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Dexa Medica Sales Office Denpasar. (4) Ada pengaruh kompetensi terhadap komunikasi internal karyawan pada PT Dexa Medica Sales Office Denpasar.

This study aimed for obtaining tested explanatory occurance about effect 1) competency and internal communication towards performance. 2) competency towards performance 3) Internal Communication towards performance, 4) Competency on internal communication for employees of PT Dexa Medica Sales Office Denpasar. This study used causal quantitative design. The subject was all employees of medical representative of PT Dexa Medica Sales Office Denpasar. The data were collected by questionnaire, document technique, and interview. And it’s analyzed by path analysis. The result showed that 1) There was an effect of competency and internal communication on employees performance in PT Dexa Medica Sales Office Denpasar. 2) There was an effect of competency toward employees performance in PT Dexa Medica Sales Office Denpasar. 3) There was an effect of internal communication toward employees performance in PT Dexa Medica Sales Office Denpasar. 4) There was an effect of competency toward internal communication on employees performance of PT Dexa Medica Sales Office Denpasar.
