PERBEDAAN KINERJA DAN KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL PEGAWAI KONTRAK DENGAN PEGAWAI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kinerja dan kompensasi finansial pegawai kontrak dan pegawai tetap serta umtuk menguji perbedaan kinerja dan kompensasi finansial pegawai kontrak dengan pegawai tetap di Kantor Camat Banjar meliputi (a) rata-rata kinerja antara pegawai tetap dan pegawai kontrak di Kantor Camat Banjar, (b) rata-rata kompensasi finansial antara pegawai tetap dan pegawai kontrak di Kantor Camat Banjar (c) perbedaan kinerja dan kompensasi finansial pegawai kontrak dan pegawai tetap di Kantor Camat Banjar. Jumlah populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 58 Orang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah jenis data kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan pencatatan dokumen dan wawancara. Penelitian ini mengguankan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan analisis data analisis independent sampel t-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (a) rata-rata kinerja pegawai kontrak sebesar 84,64 dan pegawai tetap 70,01. (b) rata-rata kompensasi finansial antara pegawai tetap sebesar Rp. 3.767.200,00 dan pegawai kontrak sebesar Rp 1.436.212,12, dimana dilihat dari nilai p-value < 0,05 menunjukan bahwa Ho ditolak.

This research aims to describe the performance and financial compensation of contract employees and permanent employees and to examine differences in performance and financial compensation of contract employees with permanent employees at the Banjar Sub-District Office covering (a) average performance between permanent employees and contract employees at the Banjar Sub-District Office, (b) average financial compensation between permanent employees and contract workers at the Banjar Sub-district Office (c) difference performance and financial compensation of contract employees and permanent employees at the Banjar Sub-district Office. The population used in this study amounted to 58 employees. The research design used in this study was qualititative and quantitative. The Data were collected by recording of document and interview. The research analyzed by using independent sampel t-test analysis.The results of the research showed that, (a) the average performance of the contract employee is 84,64 and the permanent employee is 70,01. (b) the average of financial compensation between permanent employees is Rp. 3,767,200,00 and contract employees amounting to Rp 1,436,212, which seen from p-value <0,05 indicates that Ho is rejected.
