Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari (1) locus of control, semangat kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai (2) locus of control terhadap semangat kerja (3) locus of control terhadap disiplin kerja (4) semangat kerja terhadap disiplin kerja (5) locus of control terhadap kinerja (6) semangat kerja terhadap kinerja (7) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif kausal. metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik (1) kuesioner, dan (2) study dokumenter dengan menggunakan teknis analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif dari (1) locus of control, semangat kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja dengan besar sumbangan 73.0% (2) locus of control terhadap semangat kerja dengan besar sumbangan 44,5% (3) locus of control terhadap disiplin kerja dengan besar sumbangan 55,9% (4) semangat kerja terhadap disiplin kerja dengan besar sumbangan 45,3% (5) locus of control terhadap kinerja dengan besar sumbangan 49,5% (6) semangat kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan besar sumbangan 36,4% (7) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja dengan besar sumbangan 34,9%.

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) locus of control, spirit and work discipline on employee performance (2) locus of control on employee morale (3) locus of control on employee discipline (4) working spirit on work discipline employee (5) locus of control on employee performance (6) morale on employee performance (7) work discipline on employee performance. The type of research used in this study is a causal quantitative research. Methods of data collection in this study by using techniques (1) questionnaires, and (2) documentary study. Technical analysis used is path analysis. The result of the research shows that there is positive influence from (1) locus of control, spirit and work discipline on employee performance with donation 73.0% (2) locus of control to employee spirit with 44,5% (3) locus of control to discipline employee with contribution 55,9% (4) working spirit to employee discipline with contribution 45,3% (5) locus of control to employee performance with big contribution 49,5% (6) morale towards performance of employees with a large contribution of 36.4% (7) work discipline on employee performance with a contribution of 34.9%
