Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk menguji kompensasi finansial dan non finansial tehadap kinerja pegawai, (2) kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja, (3) kompensasi non finansial terhadap kinerja. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini dilakukan pada seluruh pegawai kontrak di Kantor Camat Kubutambahan yang berjumlah 35 orang. Objek penelitian ini adalah kompensasi finansial, kompensasi non finansial dan kinerja pegawai. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan wawancara kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan (1) kompensasi finansial dan non finansial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) kompensasi finansial dan non finansial secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan (3) variabel kompensasi non finansial paling berpengaruh dibandingkan dengan variabel kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja pegawai.

The aimed of this study ware to the effect of (1) financial and non financial compensation toword employee performance, (2) financial compensation towards employee performance, (3) non financial compensation towords employee performance . This descriptive quantitative study was conducted by all outsourcing amounted to 35 people in the Office of Kubutambahan Sub-District. The objects of this study were financial compensation, non-financial compensation and employee performance. The data were collected by questionnaires and interview which are then analyzed by using multiple linear analyses. The result of this study revealed that 1) financial and non-financial compensation had an effect on employee performance, 2) financial and non-financial compensation simultaneously had an effect on employee performance, and (3) the most influential was non-financial compensation variable compared with financial compensation variable on employee performance.
