Pengaruh Self Efficacy dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Villa Mahapala Sanur

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji (1) pengaruh self efficacy dan motivasi kerja tehadap kinerja karyawan, (2) self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) self efficacy tehadap motivasi kerja pada Villa Mahapala Sanur. Penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan pada seluruh pegawai di Villa Mahapala Sanur yang berjumlah 43 orang. Objek penelitian ini self efficacy , motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan wawancara kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan, (1) self efficacy dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) self efficacy berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) self efficacy berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja.

This study aims to examine the effect of (1) self efficacy and work motivation on employee performance, (2) self efficacy on employee performance, (3) work motivation on employee performance, and (4) self efficacy on work motivation at Villa Mahapala Sanur. This quantitative research was conducted on all employees at Villa Mahapala Sanur, amounting to 43 people. The object of this research is self efficacy, work motivation and employee performance. Data were collected by questionnaires and interviews then analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study indicate, (1) self efficacy and work motivation affect employee performance, (2) self efficacy affects employee performance, (3) work motivation affects employee performance and (4) self efficacy affects work motivation.
