PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI HOTEL KUPU-KUPU BARONG VILLAS AND TREE SPA UBUD GIANYAR

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja, (3) kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Kupu-Kupu Barong Villas And Tree Spa Ubud Gianyar. Penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan pada seluruh karyawan di Hotel Kupu-Kupu Barong Villas And Tree Spa Ubud Gianyar yang berjumlah 70 orang. Objek penelitian ini kompensasi, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner dan pencatatan dokumen serta dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja (3) kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, (4) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study aimed to obtain proven explanatory findings on the effects of (1) compensation and work motivation on the employees’ performance, (2) compensation for employees’ work motivation, (3) compensation for employees’ performance, (4) motivation on employees’ performance at the Hotel Kupu – Kupu Barong Villas and Tree Spa Ubud. This quantitative research was conducted on all employees at the Hotel Kupu – Kupu Barong Villas and Tree Spa Ubud Gianyar, amounting to 70 employees. The object of this research is compensation, work motivation, and employees’ performance. The Data was collected by using questionnaire techniques and document recording and analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that (1) there was an effect of compensation and work motivation on employees’ performance, (2) compensation has a positive effect on employees’ work motivation (3) compensation has a positive effect on performance, (4) work motivation has a positive effect on employees’ performance.
