PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN NEW GANGGA RAFTING UBUD GIANYAR BALI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) kompensasi terhadap disiplin kerja, (3) kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan (4) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada New Gangga Rafting Ubud Gianyar Bali. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan New Gangga Rafting Ubud Gianyar Bali dan Objek penelitian ini kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian populasi ini dilakukan pada karyawan New Gangga Rafting Ubud Gianyar Bali yang berjumlah 55 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner, pencatatan dokumen dan wawancara terstruktur kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja (3) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, (4) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to obtain proven explanatory findings on the effects of (1) compensation and work discipline on employee performance, (2) compensation for work discipline, (3) compensation for employee performance and (4) work discipline on employee performance at New Gangga Rafting Ubud Gianyar Bali. The research design used is quantitative causal. The subjects of this study were all employees of New Ganga Rafting in Ubud Gianyar Bali and the object of this research was compensation, work discipline, and employee performance. This population research was conducted on 55 people from New Ganga Rafting in Ubud Gianyar Bali. Data was collected by questionnaire techniques, recording documents and structured interviews were then analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that (1) the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance, (2) compensation has a positive effect on work discipline (3) compensation has a positive effect on performance, (4) work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance.
