PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI THE HAMSA BALI RESORT

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh (1) kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) kompetensi terhadap disiplin kerja, (3) kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada The Hamsa Bali Resort. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan The Hamsa Bali Resort dan objeknya adalah kompetensi, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 36 karyawan yang semuanya dijadikan unit pengamatan, sehingga penelitian ini termasuk penelitian populasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan wawancara terstruktur serta dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kompetensi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan, (2) kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan , (4) kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada The Hamsa Bali Resort

The purpose of this study were in order to examine the effect off (1) competence and work discipline of the employee’s performance, (2) competence of the work discipline , (3) competence of the employee’s performance, and (4) work discipline of the employee’s performance at The Hamsa Bali Resort. Design of the research that used to this study is research designing causal quantitative. The subject of this study were all of the employees in The Hamsa Bali Resort, and the objects were: competence, work discipline, and employee performance. Total population of this research are 36 employees who all combine became observation unit, therefore this research including population research.Data were collected by using a questionnaireand interviews, and analyzed by path analysis. The results showed a positive effect of (1) competence and work discipline of the employee’s performance, 2) competence of the employee’s performance, (3) work discipline of the employee’s performance, and (4) competence of the work discipline at The Hamsa Bali Resort
