Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh (1) stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) stres kerja terhadap motivasi kerja (3) stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (4) motivasi kerja terhadap kerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Buleleng Kabupaten Buleleng. Penelitian ini merupakan desain kuantitatif kausal yang dilakukan pada seluruh pegawai Kantor Camat Buleleng Kabupaten Buleleng. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Camat Buleleng Kabupaten Buleleng yang berjumlah 37 orang. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah stres kerja, motivasi kerja, kinerja pegawai dan subjek penelitian ini yaitu Kantor Camat Buleleng Kabupaten Buleleng. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner dan pencatatan dokumen serta dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) stres kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai (3) stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai, (4) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Buleleng Kabupaten Buleleng.

This study aimed to examine the effect of (1) work stress and work motivation on employee performance, (2) work stress on work motivation (3) work stress on employee performance, (4) work motivation on employee work at the Office Head of Buleleng Regency, Buleleng Regency. This research is a quantitative causal design carried out on all employees of the Buleleng District Head Office. The population in this study were 37 employees of the Buleleng Regency Buleleng District Office. The object of this study is work stress, work motivation, employee performance and the subject of this study, namely the Buleleng District Head Office of Buleleng Regency. Data was collected by questionnaire techniques and document recording and analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that (1) work stress and work motivation had an effect on employee performance, (2) work stress negatively affected employee work motivation (3) work stress negatively affected employee performance, (4) work motivation had a positive effect on employee performance on Buleleng District Head Office of Buleleng Regency.
