PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BOUNTY CRUISE

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja, (3) motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Bounty Cruise dan objek penelitian ini motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 57 orang. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian populasi karena seluruh karyawan dijadikan unit pengamatan. Data kumpulan menggunakan metode kuesioner kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Temuan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, (3) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Bounty Cruise.

This study aims to obtain proven explanatory findings on the influence of (1) work motivation and work discipline influencing employee performance, (2) work motivation influences work discipline, (3) work motivation influences employee performance, and (4) work discipline on employee performance. The study used a quantitative causal research design. The subjects in this study were all employees of Bounty Cruise and the object of this research were work motivation, work discipline and employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of 57 people. This research includes population research because all employees are used as observation units. Data collection using the questionnaire method and then analyzed using path analysis. The findings of this study show that (1) work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (4) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bounty Cruise employees.
