PENGARUH LOCUS OF CONTROL DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PERDAGANGAN DAN PERINDUSTRIAN KABUPATEN BULELENG

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh tentang (1) locus of control dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) locus of control terhadap stres kerja, (3) locus of control terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan (4) stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Buleleng. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu desain kuantitatif kausal. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Buleleng dan objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu locus of control, stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Buleleng yang berjumlah 50 orang, ke 50 pegawai dijadikan unit pengamatan oleh karena itu penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) locus of control dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap stres kerja, (3) locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan (4) stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Buleleng.

This study aims to examine the influence of (1) locus of control and work stress on job satisfaction, (2) locus of control on work stress, (3) locus of control for job satisfaction, and (4) work stress on employee job satisfaction at Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Buleleng. The research used in this study is quantitative causal design. The subjects used in this study were Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Buleleng and the objects in this study namely locus of control, work stress and job satisfaction. The population of this study were all employees at Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Buleleng, which numbered 50 people, the 50 employees were used as observation units, therefore this study was a population research. Data were collected using questionnaire techniques and analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study are (1) locus of control and work stress has a positive effect on job satisfaction, (2) locus of control has a positive effect on work stress, (3) locus of control has a positive effect on job satisfaction, and (4) work stress has a negative effect at Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Buleleng.
