PENGARUH ETOS KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh (1) etos kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (3) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) etos kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pada Puri Lumbung Cottages Munduk. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif kausal. Subyek penelitian ini karyawan Puri Lumbung Cottages Munduk dan objek penelitian ini etos kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian dilakukan pada seluruh karyawan Puri Lumbung Cottages Munduk berjumlah 34 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner dan pencatatan dokumen kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) etos kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja pada Puri Lumbung Cottages Munduk.

This study aimed to examine the effect of (1) work ethic and work discipline on employee performance, (2) work ethic on employee performance (3) work discipline on employee performance, and (4) work ethic on work discipline at the Office Puri Lumbung Cottages Munduk. This study uses a quantitative causal design. The subject of this study was the Puri Lumbung Cottages Munduk and the object of this research is work ethic, work discipline, and employee performance. Research population was conducted on 34 employees of the entire Puri Lumbung Cottages Munduk. Data was collected by questionnaire techniques and document recording and analyzed using path analysis. The results of this research showed that (1) work ethic and work discipline has an effect on employee performance, (2) work ethic has an effect on employee performance (3) work discipline has an effect on employee performance, (4) work ethic has an effect on work discipline at the Puri Lumbung Cottages Munduk.
