ANALISIS DAMPAK PELATIHAN TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan (1) prestasi kerja karyawan sebelum diadakanya pelatihan, (2) keuntungan yang diberikan karyawan kepada perusahaan sebelum dan sesudah diadakanya pelatihan, (3) dampak pelatihan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PD BPR Bank Buleleng 45 sesudah diadakanya pelatihan, (4) Return On Training Investment (ROTI) setelah diadakanya pelatihan. Lokasi Penelitian dilaksanakan di PD BPR Bank Buleleng 45 dengan jumlah Sampel sebanyak 50 Orang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah jenis data kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan pencatatan dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis uji beda One sampel t-test dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 21.00. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) prestasi kerja karyawan sebelum pelatihan belum mencapai target yang ditentukan, (2) terdapat peningkatan keuntungan bersih yang diperoleh perusahaan setelah pelatihan, (3) terdapat dampak pelatihan terhadap peningkatan prestasi kerja karyawan, (4) nilai Return On Training Investment (ROTI) diperoleh sebesar 59,94%.

This study aims to describe (1) employee performance before training, (2) the advantage provided by the employee to the company before and after training, (3) the impact of training on employee performance PD BPR Bank Buleleng 45 after training, (4 ) Return on Training Investment (ROTI) after training. The location study was conducted in PD BPR Bank Buleleng 45 the number of samples as many as 50 people. Data used in the study is a kind of quantitative data with secondary data sources. Data collection method using a recording of the document. Data were analyzed using analysis of different test One sample t-test with SPSS version 21.00. The results showed that (1) employee performance before the training has not reached the specified targets, (2) there is an increasing net profits obtained by the company after training, (3) there is the impact of training to increase employee performance, (4) the value of Return On Training Investment (ROTI) obtained by 59.94%.
