PENGARUH KOMPETENSI EMOSIONAL DAN BUDAYA KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT SURYA MUSTIKA NUSANTARA CABANG BALI TAHUN 2016

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) kompetensi emosional dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) kompetensi emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) kompetensi emosional terhadap budaya kerja karyawan PT Surya Mustika Nusantara Cabang Bali. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Surya Mustika Nusantara Cabang Bali dan objeknya adalah kompetensi emosional, budaya kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 65 karyawan yang semuanya dijadikan unit pengamatan, sehingga penelitian ini termasuk penelitian populasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner, wawancara, dan pencatatan dokumen serta dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif dari (1) kompetensi emosional dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) kompetensi emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) kompetensi emosional terhadap budaya kinerja karyawan pada PT Surya Mustika Nusantara Cabang Bali.

This study aims at obtaining the explanative findings which are tested by the contribution of (1) emotional competence and work culture about employees performance, (2) emotional competence of the employees performance, (3) work culture of the employees performance, and (4) emotional competence of the work culture about employees performance at PT Surya Mustika Nusantara Cabang Bali . Design of the research that use to this study is research designing causal quantitative. The subject of this study were all of the employees in PT Surya Mustika Nusantara Cabang Bali, and the objects were the emotional competence, work culture, and employees performance. Total population of this research are 65 employees who all combine became observation unit, therefore this research including population research. Data were collected by using a questionnaire, recording documents, and interviews and analyzed using path analysis. The results showed a positive effect of (1) emotional competence and work culture about employees performance, (2) emotional competence of the employees performance, (3) work culture of the employees performance, and (4) emotional competence of the work culture about employees performance at PT Surya Mustika Nusantara Cabang Bali.
