Abstrak

Anggota Dharma Wanita cenderung kurang memperhatikan etika dalam berpakaian dan penggunaan atribut seragam sesuai ketentuan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai profesi, pendidikan, budaya dan ekonomi serta kurangnya pengetahuan berpakaian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pengetahuan fashion, faktor pemilihan busana, dan etiket berpakaian terhadap penampilan berpakaian. Penelitian ditujukan kepada anggota Dharma Wanita dengan sampel sebanyak 60 responden yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Kombinasi analisis faktor dan analisis regresi digunakan untuk menganalisis data menggunakan analisis PLS-SEM orde kedua. Evaluasi model pengukuran pada validitas konvergen dan diskriminan serta internal consistency reliability telah memenuhi persyaratan. Evaluasi model struktural menunjukkan nilai 2 dengan hasil pengaruh yang besar, kontribusi (R2) variabel hingga 97,00%, dan nilai observasi penelitian (Q2) sebesar 60,10%. Pengujian hipotesis didasarkan pada nilai β-coefficient, ρ-value, and T-statistics yang telah memenuhi nilai cut-off yang disarankan dalam literatur. Sehingga semua hipotesis Ha diterima yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan semua variabel terhadap penampilan berpakaian anggota Dharma Wanita.
