School counselors play a crucial role in monitoring and recording student behavior. An accurate application is required to document such behavior effectively. This study aims to develop a student behavior recording application, referred to as a knowledge management-based behavior recording application. The recorded data is subsequently published and made accessible to parents (knowledge sharing). The research method employed is research and development, consisting of the following stages: literature review, needs analysis, product development, and product testing. Validation tests conducted by subject matter experts, IT specialists, and managers revealed average scores of 96%, 88.4%, and 94%, respectively, falling within the “excellent” criteria. These results indicate that the behavior recording application is feasible for further development. Evaluation results from teachers regarding usability, knowledge enhancement, and application benefits show that 44% strongly agreed, 52% agreed, and 4% disagreed. Parent evaluations regarding usability, recording accuracy, and transparency of information access revealed that 48% strongly agreed, 50% agreed, and 2% disagreed. The findings indicate that the application can accurately document student behavior and is suitable for decision-making purposes by schools and parents.
