PEMIMPIN BERKUALITAS YANG DI TERAPKAN KEPALA REGU PENGAMANAN GUNA MENGHADAPI KOMPLEKSNYA PERMASALAHAN DI LAPAS
Abstrak
Permasalahan merupakan suatu hal yang wajar dan sering terjadi dalam kehidupan baik dalam cakupan kecil maupun cakupan yang luas, baik dari diri sendiri, keluarga, maupun dalam organisasi. Salah satu contoh yaitu pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (LAPAS) dimana permasalahan yang timbul lebih kompleks karena berhubungan dengan manusia yang kehilangan kemerdakaannya untuk sementara sehingga membutuhkan kebijakan maupun penyelesaian terhadap setiap permasalahan yang terjadi agar tidak menimbulkan permasahan yang baru. Untuk itu diperlukan seorang Pemimpin berkualitas yang dapat membangun dan menjadikan LAPAS bukan hanya sebagai lembaga yang membina Narapidana, namun sekaligus sebagai lembaga yang memberikan perlindungan dan menghormati hak Narapidaana sebagai manusia
