PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA PEMBELAJARAN IPS SISWA KELAS VIII SEMESTER GENAP DI SMP NEGERI 1 PUPUAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk multimedia pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran IPS. Secara operasional tujuan tersebut dirinci kedalam tiga tahapan kerja, yaitu mendeskripsikan rancang bangun pembelajaran multimedia pembelajaran, mendeskripsikan kualitas hasil pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran dan mendeskripsikan efektifitas penggunaan multimedia pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran IPS untuk siswa kelas VIII. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE. Penelitian ini melibatkan siswa kelas VIII C SMPN 1 Pupuan. Data kevalidan uji ahli media, ahli isi, ahli desain, uji perorangan, uji kelompok kecil dan uji lapangan diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket, dan data hasil belajar dikumpulkan dengan tes. Data yang diperoleh tersebut dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif, analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Rancang bangun pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran dikembangkan melalui analisis kebutuhan, menentukan software, mengembangkan flowchart dan storyboard. Hasil uji ahli isi yaitu 95% berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil uji ahli desain 86% berada pada kualifikasi baik. Hasil uji ahli media 85% berada pada kualifikasi baik. Hasil uji perorangan 90,7% berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil uji kelompok kecil 90,7% berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil uji lapangan 88,6% berada pada kualifikasi baik. Penghitungan hasil belajar secara manual diperoleh hasil t hitung 24,7. Harga t tabel taraf signifikansi 5% adalah 2,000. Jadi harga t hitung lebih besar daripada t tabel sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Maka terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPS siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran. Nilai rata-rata setelah menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran (81,17) lebih tinggi dibandingkan sebelum menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran (61,17).Kata Kunci : multimedia pembelajaran, IPS, dan hasil belajar
This research aims to produce multimedia learning in social studies. Operationally these objectives elaborated into three phases, namely describing multimedia learning design learning, describes the quality of the learning outcomes of multimedia development and describes the effective use of multimedia learning in social studies for students of class VIII. Type of research is the development of research. Development model used is ADDIE models. The study involved students of class VIII C SMPN1 Pupuan. Data validity test media expert, expert content, design expert, individual testing, small group testing and field tests obtained by using a questionnaire, and the data collected with the test results to learn. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive qualitative, quantitative descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Design is developed through the development of multimedia learning needs analysis, determine the software, develop flowcharts and storyboards. The result of the expert content of 95% at a very good qualification. The result of 86% of design experts are at a good qualification. The result of 85% of media experts are on good qualification. 90.7% of individual test results were very good in qualifying. The result of a small group of 90.7% at a very good qualification. The results of the field test were 88.6% in both qualifications. Calculation results obtained manually learning outcomes 24.7 t. Price t table significance level of 5% is 2.000. So the price of t is greater than t table so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So there is a significant difference between the results of social studies students before and after the use of multimedia learning. The average value after using the multimedia learning (81.17) is higher than before the use of multimedia learning (61.17).
