PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN KETERAMPILAN MEMBUKA DAN MENUTUP SERTA MENJELASKAN PEMBELAJARAN PADA MATA KULIAH MICRO TEACHING

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsikan rancang bangun video pembelajaran tentang keterampilan membuka dan menutup serta menjelaskan pembelajaran, (2) mengetahui kualitas hasil video pembelajaran tentang keterampilan membuka dan menutup serta menjelaskan pembelajaran, (3) mengetahui efektivitas video pembelajaran tentang keterampilan membuka dan menutup serta menjelaskan pembelajaran pada pembelajaran micro teaching. Penelitian ini merupkan penelitian pengembangan, model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Kelima tahapan model pengembangan ini, dijadikan acuan dalam memproduksi, dan memvalidasi video pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) deskripsi desain pengembangan video pembelajaran yaitu mulai dari langkah membuat rancangan, mendesain produk, mengumpulkan materi produk, perakitan produk, uji coba produk dan evaluasi; 2) kualitas hasil pengembangan video menurut review ahli dan mahasiswa yaitu: a) ahli bidang studi 91% berada pada kategori sangat baik; b) ahli desain pembelajaran 92% berada pada kategori sangat baik; c) ahli media pembelajaran 88% berada pada kategori baik; d) uji coba perorangan 86,67% berada pada kategori baik; (e) uji coba kelompok kecil 90,67% berada pada kategori sangat baik; (f) dan uji coba lapangan 77,03% yang berada pada kategori baik; 3) Efektivitas hasil pengembangan video pembelajaran menunjukkan signifikansi yang diperoleh adalah thitung = 11, 48 > ttabel =2,000. Berarti video pembeljaran efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan tes psikomotor, nilai rata-rata dari tes psikomotor terhadap keterampilan dasar mengajar yaitu 84,51 dan 80,77 sehingga berada pada katagori baik, berarti pengunaan video pembelajaran efektif dalam membantu mahasiswa menguasai keterampilan mengajar.Kata Kunci : pengembangan, video pembelajaran, micro teaching.
This research as a purpose (1) describe the design of video learning about opening and closing the skills and explain the learning, (2) determine the quality of the video learning about opening and closing the skills and explain the learning, (3) determine the effectiveness of the instructional video on the opening and closing skills and describes learning on micro teaching learning. This study merupkan development research, development models used in this study is the ADDIE model of which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The fifth stage of this development model, used as a reference in the manufacture, and validate the developed instructional videos. Results of this study are 1) a description of the design development of instructional videos ranging from the steps to make the design, product design, collect material products, product assembly, product testing and evaluation; 2) the quality of the video according to a review of the development experts and students, namely: a) the expert field of study 91% are in the very good category; b) 92% of instructional design experts are in the very good category; c) 88% of instructional media experts are in the good category; d) individual testing 86.67% are in the good category; (E) testing a small group 90.67% are in the very good category; (F) and field trials which 77.03% are in the good category; 3) The effectiveness of the development of instructional video shows the significance obtained is t = 11, 48> table = 2.000. Means video pembeljaran effective in improving learning outcomes. This study also uses psychomotor tests, the average value of psychomotor tests against the teaching of basic skills, namely 84.51 and 80.77 so it is in good category, meaning the use of instructional video is effective in helping students master the skills taught.
