PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL MATA PELAJARAN BAHASA BALI UNTUK SISWA KELAS III

Permasalahan yang ditemukan di SD Negeri 2 Banjar Tegal adalah belum optimalnya penyerapan materi aksara Bali, minimnya media pembelajaran, dan rendahnya kemampuan guru mengoperasikan komputer/laptop, sehingga dilakukan penelitian produk media video pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan rancang bangun pengembangan, mendeskripsikan kualitas video, dan mengetahui efektivitas media video pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model pengembangan Hannafin dan Peck, yaitu fase analisis kebutuhan, fase desain, dan fase pengembangan dan implementasi. Subjek validasi adalah seorang ahli isi mata pelajaran, seorang ahli desain pembelajaran, seorang ahli media pembelajaran, dan siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 2 Banjar Tegal berjumlah 20 orang. Subjek uji efektivitas adalah siswa kelas III di SD Negeri 2 Banjar Tegal berjumlah 15 orang. Jenis data yang diperoleh yaitu data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode pencatatan dokumen, kuesioner, dan tes. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, deskriptif kuantitatif, dan statistik inferensial/induksi uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) deskripsi rancang bangun pengembangan video pembelajaran aksara Bali berupa naskah dan storyboard, (2) hasil validasi menurut review ahli isi mata pelajaran diperoleh 96%, review ahli desain pembelajaran diperoleh 86%, review ahli media pembelajaran diperoleh 92%, uji coba perorangan 96,57%, uji coba kelompok kecil 95,25%, dan uji coba lapangan 94,3%, (3) efektivitas video menunjukkan hasil thitung (20,025) > ttabel (2,048) pada taraf signifikansi 5%, hal ini berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar Bahasa Bali pada siswa kelas III di SD Negeri 2 Banjar Tegal sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media video pembelajaran aksara Bali.Kata Kunci : pengembangan, video pembelajaran, aksara Bali
Problems were found in SD Negeri 2 Banjar Tegal is not optimal absorption material Balinese script, lack of instructional media, and the lack of a teacher's ability to operate computer or laptop, so research instructional video media products. This study aimed to describe the design of the development, describing the video quality, and determine the effectiveness of instructional video media. This type of research is the development of research development model Hannafin and Peck, the requirements analysis phase, design phase, and the phase of development and implementation. Subject validation is an expert on the course content, instructional design expert, an expert in media, and the fourth grade students at SDN 2 Banjar Tegal numbered 20 people. The effectiveness of the test subject is in the third grade students of SD Negeri 2 Banjar Tegal amounted to 15 people. The type of data obtained by the qualitative and quantitative data. Data collected by the method of recording documents, questionnaires and tests. Analysis of data using descriptive qualitative, quantitative descriptive and inferential statistics / induction t-test. The results of this study were (1) a description of design development learning video Balinese script in the form of shooting script and storyboard, (2) the results of validation according to expert review of the course content was obtained 96%, expert review of instructional design gained 86%, expert review of instructional media obtained 92% , 96.57% individual testing, piloting a small group of 95.25%, and 94.3% field trials, (3) the effectiveness of the video shows the results tcount (20.025) > t table (2.048) at the 5% significance level, p this means that H0 and H1 accepted. So that there are significant differences in the Balinese language learning outcomes third-grade students at SDN 2 Banjar Tegal before and after using video media learning Balinese script.
