By publishing their work in Lingua Scientia, authors agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright: Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. The published work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license allows others to share the work, provided they acknowledge the authorship and the initial publication in Lingua Scientia.

  2. Additional Distribution: Authors have the freedom to enter into separate contractual agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of their work. For example, they can choose to publish it in a book or post it to an institutional repository, as long as there is a proper acknowledgment of its initial publication in Lingua Scientia.

  3. Online Availability: Authors are encouraged to post their work online, either on institutional repositories or their personal websites, before and during the submission process. This practice promotes productive exchanges and can lead to increased citations of the published work.

These terms aim to support open access and foster the dissemination of research findings while ensuring proper attribution to the original source of publication.
