PENERAPAN METODE DEMONSTRASI BERBANTUAN MEDIA PAPAN FLANNEL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BAHASA PADA ANAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan perkembangan bahasa anak khususnya setelah diterapkan metode demonstrasi berbantuan media papan flannel pada anak kelompok B2 semester II di TK Kemala Bhayangkari 2 Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 15 orang anak TK pada Kelompok B2 Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Data penelitian tentang perkembangan bahasa dalam peningkatan kemampuan bahasa dikumpulkan dengan metode demonstrasi dengan instrument berupa lembar observasi. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan perkembangan kemampuan bahasa anak khususnya menyimak dengan penerapan metode demonstrasi pada siklus I sebesar 67,00% yang berada pada kategori sedang ternyata mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 84,30% yang tergolong pada kategori tinggi. Jadi, terdapat peningkatan perkembangan kognitif dalam pengenalan lambang bilangan pada anak setelah diterapkan metode demonstrasi berbantuan media papan flanel sebesar 17,03%.Kata Kunci : metode demonstrasi, media papan flannel, perkembangan bahasa
This study aims to determine the increase language development after applied the method of demonstration with media flannel board in B3 group numbers in the second semester of the child in kindergarten Ganesha Singaraja Academic Year 2013/2014 . This research is an action research conducted in two cycles . The subjects were 13 kindergarten children on B3 Group II Semester Academic Year 2013/2014 . The data research on language development are measured by using the observation method with a form of observation. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis method . The results of the data analysis showed that an increase in languange development in the introduction to the application of the method emblem numbers play in the first cycle of 67,00 % which is in the medium category was experiencing an increase in cycle II to 84.30% were classified in the high category . Thus,there is an increase in the introduction of cognitive development in children after a number emblem applied method of playing media tower aided 17,03% rate
