PENGARUH RETURN ON EQUITY DAN DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO SERTA PRICE TO BOOK VALUE TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM DI PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR INDUSTRI BARANG KONSUMSI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) return on equity, debt to equity ratio dan price to book value secara simultan terhadap harga saham, (2) return on equity terhadap harga saham, (3) debt to equity ratio terhadap harga saham, dan (4) price to book value terhadap harga saham. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian adalah perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dan objeknya return on equity, debt to equity ratio, price to book value dan harga saham. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh return on equity, debt to equity ratio dan price to book value secara simultan terhadap harga saham sebesar 45,7%, (2) tidak ada pengaruh return on equity terhadap harga saham (3) tidak ada pengaruh debt to equity ratio terhadap harga saham (4) ada pengaruh positif price to book value terhadap harga saham sebesar 33,2%.

The purpose of this research is to provide findings that clarify the effect of (1) return on equity , debt to equity ratio, and price to book value simultaneously on the stock price, (2) return on equity on stock price, (3) debt to equity ratio on stock price, (4) price to book value on stock price. The research design used was quantitative causal. The subject of research were consumer goods industry company which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the object of this research were return on equity, debt equity ratio, price to book value and stock price. The result of this research shows that (1) there was a effect simultaneously from return on equity, debt equity ratio, and price to book value on the stock price about 45,7%, (2) there was not a effect return on equity on the stock price, (3) there was not a effect debt to equity ratio on the stock price. (4) ) there was a effect price to book value had positive effect on the stock price about 33,2%.
