PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN HOTEL PONDOK SARI PEMUTERAN BALI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) motivasi terhadap lingkungan kerja karyawan, (3) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Pondok Sari Pemuteran Bali. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Hotel Pondok Sari Pemuteran Bali.dan objeknya adalah motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 70 karyawan yang semuanya dijadikan unit pengamatan, sehingga penelitian ini termasuk penelitian populasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, kuesioner dan pencatatan dokumen, serta dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil yang penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 77,90%. (2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap lingkungan kerja karyawan sebesar 65,10%. (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 50,50%. (4) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 41,00% pada Hotel Pondok Sari Pemuteran Bali

The purpose of this study were in order to examine the effect off (1) work motivation dan work environment of the employee performance, (2) work motivation of the work environment, (3) work motivation of the employee performance, and (4) work environment of the employee performance at Hotel Pondok Sari Pemuteran Bali. Design of the research that use to this study is research designing causal quantitative. The subject of this study were all of the employees in Hotel Pondok Sari Pemuteran Bali, and the objects were, work motivation, work environment, and employee’s performance. Total population of this research are 70 employees who all combine became observation unit, therefore this research including population research. Data were collected by using a questionnaire and interviews, and analyzed by path analysis. The results showed a positive effect of (1) work motivation dan work environment of the employee performance is 77,90%, (2) work motivation of the work environment is 65,10%, (3) work motivation of the employee performance is 50,50%and (4) work environment of the employee performance is 41,00% at Hotel Pondok Sari Pemuteran Bali
