PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN FASILITAS SERTA LOKASI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN MENGINAP DI NEW GARUDA HOTEL SINGARAJA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas dan lokasi secara simultan dan parsial terhadap keputusan menginap di New Garuda Hotel Singaraja. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian adalah konsumen New Garuda Hotel Singaraja dan objek penelitian adalah kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas, lokasi dan keputusan menginap. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 128 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data tentang kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas, lokasi dan keputusan menginap. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas dan lokasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap dan (2) kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas dan lokasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap di New Garuda Hotel Singaraja.

This study aims to obtain explanative findings that are tested about the impact of service quality, facilities and location simultaneously and partially to the decision to stay at New Garuda Hotel Singaraja. The research design used was quantitative causal. The subjects of the research are New Garuda Hotel Singaraja consumer and the research object is service quality, facility, location and decision of stay. The sample of this study amounted to 128 people. Data were collected by questionnaire technique to collect data about service quality, facility, location and decision of stay. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) the quality of service, facilities and location simultaneously had significant effect on the decision of the stay and (2) the quality of service, facilities and location partially positively and significantly to the decision of stay at New Garuda Hotel Singaraja.
