ANALISIS BALANCED SCORECARD SEBAGAI ALAT PENGUKURAN KINERJA LEMBAGA PERKREDITAN DESA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) Desa pakraman Banyupoh menggunakan Balanced Scorecard yang ditinjau dari empat perspektif yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif nasabah, perspektif proses bisnis internal serta perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Sesuai dengan tujuannya penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Temuan dari penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis perspektif keuangan menunjukkan kinerja LPD Desa pakraman Banyupoh dalam kategori kurang sehat, perspektif nasabah menunjukkan kinerja dalam kategori baik, perspektif proses bisnis internal dalam kategori baik, serta perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran dalam kategori baik.

This research has a purpose to analyze the performance of the village financial institution (LPD) of Banyupoh village using Balanced Scorecard in terms of four perspectives, namely financial perspective, cusmomer perspective, internal business process perspective also growth and learning perspective. In accordance with the purpose, this study is a descriptive quantitative. The findings if this study are based on financial perspective analysis tha show the performance of LPD in Banyupoh customary village is in the category of unhealthy, customer perspective shows that the performance in good categories, internal business process perspective in good categories, also growth and learning perspectives in good categories.
