Pengaruh Job Insecurity terhadap Turnover Intention melalui Kepuasan Kerja pada Karyawan Pt Telkom Akses area Singaraja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh (1) kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh job insecurity terhadap turnover intention, (2) job insecurity terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) job insecurity terhadap turnover intention, (4) kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan obeservasi, wawancara dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path anaylsis) dengan program SPSS 17.0 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh job insecurity terhadap turnover intention, (2) job insecurity berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) job insecurity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, (4) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

This study aims to examine the effect of (1) job satisfaction mediating the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention, (2) job insecurity on job satisfaction, (3) job insecurity on turnover intention, (4) job satisfaction on turnover intention. The method of data collection is done by observation, interviews and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is path analysis (path anaylsis) with the SPSS 17.0 for windows program. The analysis shows that (1) job satisfaction is able to mediate partially the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention, (2) job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, (4) satisfaction work has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.
