PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT POS INDONESIA (PERSERO) KABUPATEN BULELENG

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh (1) motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kabupaten Buleleng. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kabupaten Buleleng dan objek penelitian ini adalah motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 42 orang. Semua populasi dijadikan sebagai subjek pengamatan, sehingga penelitian ini termasuk penelitian populasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kabupaten Buleleng.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of (1) working motivation and working disciplne towards workier’s performance, (2) working motivation towards worker’s performance, (3) working discipline towards worker’s performance (4) working motivation towards working discipline in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Buleleng regency. The design of this study was causal qualitative design. The subject of this study was all workers in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Buleleng regency. The objects of this study were working motivation, working discipline and worker’s performance. The population in this stuv worker’s performance. The population in this study were 42 people. All the population were observed and this study belonged to population study .The data were analyzed by using path analysis.The result showed that (1) working motivation and working discipline had significant effect towards worker’s performance, (2) working motivation had a positive and significant effect towards worker’s performance (3) working discipline had a positive and significant effect towards worker’s performance and (4) working motivation had a positive and significant effect towards working discipline in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Buleleng regency.
