The lack of learning progress among students in the subject of Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) presents a challenge for educators to enhance students' understanding of the material. This study aims to develop PJOK instructional video media focusing on the combination of fundamental locomotor movement patterns for first-grade elementary school students. This research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model. The research subjects are first-grade elementary school students. Data were collected through non-test techniques to evaluate the validity and practicality of the product and test methods to determine its effectiveness. Data were analyzed using percentage calculations for validity and practicality tests, while effectiveness was analyzed through t-tests within a one-group pretest-post-test design. The findings reveal that, first, the PJOK instructional video on the combination of fundamental locomotor movement patterns is deemed highly valid. Second, the video is considered highly practical based on its usability. Third, trial results indicate that the PJOK instructional video on locomotor movement patterns is effective in enhancing students' understanding of locomotor movements. Based on these findings, it is concluded that the PJOK instructional video on the combination of fundamental locomotor movement patterns is feasible as a learning resource and effective in improving learning outcomes.
