PENGEMBANGAN MODUL IPA BERORIENTASI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER PELAJARAN IPA KELAS VII SEMESTER GENAP DI SMPN 1 NEGARA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mendeskirpsikan rancangan modul IPA berorientasi pendidikan karakter (2) untuk mendeskripsikan hasil pengembangan modul IPA beorientasi pendidikan karakter (3) untuk menguji penggunaan modul IPA beorientasi pendidikan karakter. Data ini dikumpulkan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan tes tertulis. Berdasarkan metode tersebut, instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara, angketr, dan tes. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dan teknik analisis statistik inferensial (uji-t). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) rancangan pengembangan modul IPA berorientasi pendidikan karakter model pengembangan ADDIE dengan rancangan modul menggunakan bagan alir. (2) Hasil validitas produk diperoleh (a) uji ahli isi kualifikasi sangat baik dengan persentase 96%, (b) Uji ahli desian kualifikasi sangat baik dengan persentase 90%, (c) Uji ahli media kualifikasi sangat baik dengan persentase 98% (d) Uji coba perorangan berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan presentase 94,6% (e) Uji coba kelompok kecil memperoleh hasil sangat baik dengan presentase 95,83%, dan (f) uji coba lapangan memperoleh hasil sangat baik dengan presentase 93,2 %.
Hasil uji efektifitas modul IPA berorientasi pendidikan karakter yaitu diperoleh hasil thitung sebesar 10,73. Harga t tabel untuk db 58 dan dengan taraf signifikansi 5% (α=0,05) adalah 2,021. Dengan demikian, harga thitung lebih besar dengan ttabel , sehingga Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Ini berarti, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan modul pembelajaran IPA berorientasi pendidikan karakter di kelas VII A SMPN 1 Negara. Disimpulkan bahwa modul pembelajaran IPA berorientasi pendidikan karakter layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

This research aimed (1) describe the design development of sceience module with oriented character education (2) to describe the results of the development of sceience module with oriented character education (3) knowing the use of the development of sceience module with oriented character education. The record was collected using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and a written test. Referring to the method, the instrument used to collect data that observation sheets, interview, questionnaire and test. The record were analyzed by using descriptive analysis of qualitative, quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis techniques (test-t). The results showed that (1) of the development of sceience module with oriented character education using ADDIE development model with modular designs using a flow chart. (2) The validity of the product obtained (a) the product validity of the expert content of the subjects are in the excellent category with a percentage of 96%, (b) instructional design experts in the category excellent with the percentage of 90% (c) media expert module in the excellent of 98% (d) individual testing in the excellent category with a percentage of 94,6% (e) small group testing in the excellen category with a percentage of 95.83% 9 (f) field testing in the excellent category with a percentage of 93.2%.

The result of the effectiveness of development of sceience module with oriented character education that is obtained by the t count equal to 10.73. Then tcount compared with the ttable with db = 58. The result for db 58 and with a significance level of 5% (α = 0.05) was 2,021. That is acquired tcount bigger than ttable so that Ho refused and H1 accepted. This means, that there are significant differences between the IPA learning outcomes before and after using the sceience module with oriented character education in SMPN 1 Negara. From these results we concluded that the sceience module with oriented character education eligible for use in learning.
