PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN MODEL ADDIE PADA MATA PELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA KELAS X SEMESTER GENAP TAHUN PELAJARAN 2014/2015 DI SMK NEGERI 3 SINGARAJA

Permasalahan yang ditemukan di SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia pada siswa kelas X semester genap. Salah satu indikasinya adalah capaian rerata hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia sebesar 75 yang masih di bawah angka nilai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) yang ditetapkan sebesar 80. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsikan desain pengembangan video pembelajaran, (2) mengetahui kualitas hasil pengembangan video pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia untuk siswa kelas X SMK, dan (3) mengetahui efektivitas video pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas X SMK. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan, dengan model ADDIE. Penelitian ini melibatkan siswa kelas X TKR 1 dan X TKR 2 SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja masing-masing sebanyak 30 orang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pencatatan dokumen, kuesioner dan tes. Data dari metode kuesioner, dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang didapat dari metode tes dianalisis secara statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menemukan (1) desain pengembangan video pembelajaran mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dimulai pada fase analisis yang menghasilkan kompetensi sasaran, karakteristik, pengetahuan dan analisis materi pembelajaran, yang selanjutnya dijadikan acuhan dalam membuat storyboard. Storyboard inilah yang dijadikan acuhan dalam mengembangkan video pembelajaran mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. (2) kualitas hasil pengembangan video pembelajaran menurut Review ahli. Hasil review ahli isi sebesar 90% berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil review ahli desain sebesar 90,9% berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil review ahli media sebesar 98,3% berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil uji perorangan sebesar 79% berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil uji kelompok kecil sebesar 81,58% berada pada kualifikasi baik. (3) efektifitas video pembelajaran diperoleh t hitung hasil uji lapangan sebesar 88,6% berada pada kualifikasi baik. harga t hitung lebih besar daripada harga t tabel sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Maka terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran. Nilai rata-rata setelah menggunakan media (89,83) lebih tinggi dibandingkan sebelum menggunakan media (69,33). The problem that was found in SMKN 3 Singaraja was the learning outcomes of Bahasa Indonesia subject at X grade students in second semester were not optimal yet. One of the indication was the average of students learning outcomes in Bahasa Indonesia subject was 75 which is under the completeness score is 80. The factor that cause it was the student have less interest in learning and the teaching method of the teacher is only giving the theory. This research aims to (1) describe the development of video instructional design, (2) determine the quality of result of the development Bahasa Indonesia of instructional videos for students at X grade SMK, and (3) determine the effectiveness of instructional video on students’ Bahasa Indonesia learning outcomes at X grade SMK. This study was a research development, with ADDIE model. The study involved students of class X TKR 1 and X TKR 2 in SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja with 30 students in each. The methods of data collection in this study were (1) the document recording, (2) questionnaire and (3) test. The data were obtained from documents recording, and analyzed descriptive qualitatively. The data from questionnaires were analyzed descriptive qualitatively and quantitatively. The data obtained from test method were analyzed by inferential statistic. The results found that (1) the design development of instructional video for Bahasa Indonesia started from the analysis phase that produces the target competencies, characteristics, knowledge and analysis of learning materials, which in turn became the reference in making storyboards. This storyboard is used as reference in developing instructional video for Bahasa Indonesian subjects. (2) the quality of the development of instructional videos according to expert review. The result of expert review contents is 90% in the very good qualifications. The result of expert review design is 90.9% in the very good qualifications. The result of media expert review is 98.3% in the very good qualifications. The result of individual test is 79% in the very good qualifications. The result of a small group of test is 81.58% in a good qualification. (3) the effectiveness of instructional video obtained t count the results of field tests is 88.6% in a good qualification. The t score is greater than the t score of table so that H0 rejected and H1 accepted. So there are significant differences of students’ Bahasa Indonesia learning outcomes between before and after the use of instructional media. The average value after using the media (89.83) is higher than before using the media (69.33).
