PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA PEMBELAJARAN IPS TERPADU SISWA KELAS VII SEMESTER GENAP DI SMP NEGERI 1 TEGALLALANG

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengembangkan sebuah multimedia pembelajaran untuk siswa kelas VII pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu. Penelitian dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan, yaitu mulai dari mendeskripsikan rancang bangun multimedia pembelajaran, mendeskripsikan kualitas pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran dan mendeskripsikan efektivitas penggunaan multimedia pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian pengembangan ini munggunakan model pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran 4-D (define, design, develop, disseminate). Penelitian pengembangan ini diawali dengan pengumpulan data, kemudian menyusun desain multimedia yang berupa storyboard dan diaplikasikan di program flash. Penelitian ini melibatkan siswa kelas VII C di SMP N 1 Tegallalang. Data kevalidan uji ahli isi, ahli media ahli desain, uji perorangan, uji kelompok kecil dan uji lapangan diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan data hasil belajar siswa diperoleh dengan metode tes. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif, deskriptif kuantitatif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penilaian dari ahli isi sebesar 94,54% berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil penilaian dari ahli media sebesar 88,34% berada pada kualifikasi baik. Hasil penilaian ahli desain sebesar 89,09% berada pada kualifikasi baik. Hasil uji perorangan sebesar 88,48 % berada pada kualifikasi baik. Hasil uji kelompok kecil sebesar 85,14% berada pada kualifikasi baik. Hasil uji lapangan sebesar 83,64% berada pada baik. Untuk mengetahui efektivitas produk, dilakukanlah penghitungan hasil belajar secara manual, dan diperoleh hasil t hitung sebesar 10,2. Harga t tabel taraf signifikansi 5% adalah 2,000. Jadi harga t hitung lebih besar daripada harga t tabel sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Maka terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran.Kata Kunci : multimedia pembelajaran, IPS terpadu, dan hasil belajar
This research was conducted with aims as to develop an instructional media for VII graders in IPS Terpadu subject. The research was completed by describing these following phases, such as: the blueprint, the quality and the effectiveness. In this Research and Development, 4D instructional material developmental (define, design, develop, disseminate) model was used. This Research and Development was started with data collecting, and then constructed multimedia design prototype (storyboard) which would be applied in Flash program. This research involved class VII C graders of SMP N 1 Tegallalang. Validation data of instructional content expert, media expert, design expert, individual testing, small group testing, and field testing was obtained by using questionnaire and student learning outcomes by using test. Those obtained data was analyzed with qualitative descriptive, quantitative descriptive, and inferential descriptive. Instructional content expert judgment is 94.54% indicates excellent qualification. Media expert judgment is 88.34% indicates good qualification. Design expert judgment is 89.09% indicates good qualification. Individual testing is 88.48% indicates good qualification. Small group testing is 85.14% indicates good qualification. Field testing is 83.64% indicates good qualification. In order to know its effectiveness, learning outcomes manual counting was conducted, and obtained tcount=10.2. ttable with significance 5% value is 2.000. Therefore tcount is higher than ttable that makes H0 was rejected and accept H1. As conclusion, there is significance different of IPS Terpadu learning outcomes before and after using the instructional multimedia.
