Pengaruh Kompetensi Emosional, Komitmen Organisasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. BPR Prima Dewata Singaraja Pada Tahun 2016

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) kompetensi emosional, komitmen organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) kompetensi emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BPR Prima Dewata. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. BPR Prima Dewata dan objeknya adalah kompetensi emosional, komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 30 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data kompetensi emosional, komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara (1) kompetensi emosional, komitmen organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) kompetensi emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan (3) komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan (4) lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This research aimed to obtain an explanatory findings were tested on the effect of (1) emotional competence, organizational commitment, and work environment on the employee performance, (2) emotional competence on the employee performance, (3) organizational commitment on the employee performance, and (4) work environment on the employee performance at PT. BPR Prima Dewata. The research design used in this study was causal quantitative. The subjects of this research was employee of PT. BPR Prima Dewata and object of this research was emotional competence, organizational commitment, work environment, and employee performance. The sample of research amounted 30 employees. The data were collected by questionnaire for collected data financial compensation, physical work environment, and employee performance. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research showed there were a positive significant effect of (1) emotional competence, organizational commitment, and work environment on the employee performance, (2) emotional competence on the employee performance (3) organizational commitment on the employee performance (4) work environment on the employee performance.
